Why are
we doing this survey?
The survey is being carried out to find out about the
impact that high cost money lending (legal and unofficial) has on borrowers in
Northern Ireland. The survey is being
conducted on behalf of the Office of First Minister and Deputy First Minister
(OFMDFM) and the results will help to find ways to support people who get into
difficulty as a result of using the services of high cost money lenders.
How do
I complete this Survey?
The survey will take approximately 15 minutes to
complete. Remember there are no right or wrong answers and if you don't want to
answer a particular question just move to the next question.

This short survey is anonymous and confidential
and you cannot be identified in any way by your response.
